My name is Jenn. I'm 26 years old, and I have a husband and two small children. Several years ago, after multiple failed weight loss attempts, I decided that enough was enough, and made the dramatic and drastic decision to have gastric bypass surgery. At my heaviest I was 331 lbs. On the morning of my surgery, November 18th, 2009, I weighed 286.6 lbs. My goal weight is 160 lbs. That Fat Chick chronicles my surgical weight loss surgery.
