"I'm tired of being fat, and I AM doing something about it."

Goal

One of the biggest questions that comes along with any serious weight loss is quite simply: How much do you want to weigh?

Honestly, I’m not really sure what that answer is. According to a few BMI websites, taking into consideration my height, gender and age, my idea weight range is 118 lbs. – 148 lbs. But I think I’d be a little happier at 160 lbs. I have a large frame, large breasts, decent sized rib cage and very wide hips. The Polish in me (thanks Dad!) adds large thighs and butt to the mix. So taking all that into consideration, I don’t think I would look very good at 10 lbs. Or even 140 lbs.

So, I think 160 lbs. is a good weight to look forward to and work at achieving.
