I bruise easily

Losing all of this weight has exposed my bones to pressure and rubbing from clothing, seat belts, furniture, my husband, etc. It’s a very weird sensation to get used to. It’s kind of like the reflexive feeling you get when a doctor hits that spot on your knee, or when you rub your funny bone (elbow). I got it first with my collarbone, and then with my hip bones. Now I’m getting it with my ribs, which protrude when I lay down (concave belly, what?), and even a bit when I stand up. Last night my husband was able to WRAP HIS HAND AROUND AND UNDER MY RIB CAGE, and oh my god it was the freakiest feeling ever.

And don’t even get me started on how weird it feels to have pressure and such against my pelvic bone!

All of these bone/sensitivity issues have reminded me how important it is to get my calcium every day, haha.
