Yesterday I reached my lowest weight yet — 214.4. I don’t think I’ve been in the 215 pound range for at least twelve years, but now that I’ve been stuck at 215 for going on three weeks, the novelty and amazingness of it all is beginning to wear off. So hitting 214.4 was pretty damn cool. Of course, I didn’t expect it to last, so I wasn’t surprised when today’s weight-in determined that I was 215.2. Whatever. The fact is I got below my previous lowest weight of 214.8, which means that the scale will definitely continue to move in the right direction!
Right now I’m sitting at a Panera Bread, working from my laptop. PB doesn’t have a lot of choices that are compatible with my stomach or my nutritional requirements, but I make the best of it. I usually opt for the broccoli & cheddar soup, since it has cheese (high protein) and broccoli (veggies are always good). I’ll sometimes get a cheese pastry, simply because it’s so damn delicious. I picked out a bowl of black bean soup a few weeks ago, but it tasted like ass and had only 10g of protein in the whole damn cup. Pfft.
Anyway, that’s all that’s really going on right now… I won’t be doing any major weight celebration until I hit ONEderland!

Congrats on your losses. You have come a long way. I actually know how you feel. I was almost 300 in Sept 09 and I am nearing 215 any day now May 10. I have a mini goal of getting to 210 by end of this month which is very possible with my diet.
