I’m nearing the 100 lb. milestone, so I thought now would be a good time to share a before & after comparison. The before shot was taken in August. At the time I weighed about 310 lbs., and was wearing a snug size 26 in pants and 28/30 in tops. The after shot was taken today. I weigh 234 lbs., and am wearing a size 20 in pants (loose; I’m currently in an 18!) and an XL top (a bit snug; my “comfortable” size is 18/20 or XXL).
