Hello there. My name is Jenn (you may know me from my personal blog, Jenn.nu), and on November 18th, 2009, I had gastric bypass surgery. At my heaviest, I was 331 lbs. On the day of my surgery, I was 286 lbs. I just got off the phone with the surgical weight loss program. I was able to schedule my exercise evaluation for this Thursday at 11am.
Do you know what this means??? I have everything done in preparation for the surgery except for the monthly meetings! Doctor’s evaluation, check. Psychological evaluation, check. Blood work, check. And as of Thursday, exercise evaluation, check!
