I feel you on unkind mothers. Mine has ALWAYS been super thin, no matter how she eats or what she does. I’m probably more fit than her in terms of I can walk forever and she gets tired easily, but she’s always been thin. When I was young, she was insanely mean about my weight, even though I wasn’t nearly as big as she made me think I was! Ugh.
